My Samsung phone was/is hacked but recently my TV has been acting strange. It repeatedly goes to the Samsung TV plus app, sometimes my device Care icon can't be selected and my audio output changes too. How do I factory reset these smart tv's without the pin code?? I never set one and the default doesn't work??
I am sorry that you are experiencing issues with your Samsung TV and after a few steps you can perform a factory reset, the default pin is 0000 and then the tv should reset its self ,also if you press down on the Home button on the Remote control that will preform a soft reset , please note that if you believe that your Samsung account has been accessed Please change your password ASAP, also after you perform the Factory reset on your TV make sure that you Sign in again with your Samsung account to make sure that you have full access to all of the Samsung features, please see the attached link for Samsung TV support https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077524/
