Frame went black and left an imprint on the wall

I bought a 65” frame in 8/23. Installed it with the Samsung mounts. 6/24 the screen went black. I can hear audio and see outlines of things as there are shades of black. I took it off wall and it left a mark like it was hot on the wall. I don’t think I want to put it back up as I think it’s a fire hazard.
