QLED and The Frame TVsI just bought the Q80C 55" TV. I updated the software. In picture setup I can move the slider bars for contrast, color, and sharpness but there is no change to the picture. The only setting that changes the picture is the brightness slider bar. Are there other settings that prevent this?

QLED and The Frame TVsHey welcome to the Community! I'm always on the hunt for a better picture on my tv so let's get this right for you.
Does this occur on all sources? Can you adjust the settings on some sources? Give this link a shot: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01202526/#the-tv-screen-is-too-bright
You can also try to do a factory reset on the unit. This is an extreme measure as it will delete all your data, but it makes your tv like it's brand new.
If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information and look at this from a case-by-case basis, please provide the full model code and serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
