What is the point of having support if they are unreachable? Chat/text go unanswered, call me now and schedule a call error out. Is there an 800 number or is that off limits to the lowly user? I need help with this awful OneUI v2011 QLED 65. This is the biggest lead of garbage and it's unconfigurable. I don't need or want tiktok and the other rubbish. If you're listening samsung I'm still waiting........

Been there and done that. It errors in 3 different browsers so I don't think it's on my end. I see no replies from samsung here and my chat is sitting unanswered.
Sorry but this is a user to user based forum I just checked the link on chrome, safari and samsung Internet and the site loads for me I would suggest calling the 800 number if its not working for you.

Ot loads for me as well but dud you actually attempt to have them call or schedule a call? That part fails for me. It's the same everywhere. The only support is no support. I spent 35 years in infrastructure support. This is unacceptable.
Maybe a mod might be able to help you get in contact with someone in Support @SamsungRei

If you are trying to remove applications from your TV, open your Settings menu and select Support, and then Device Care, then select Manage Storage. This will allow you to delete applications from your TV
You can't remove tiktok and a few other orv the blotware. That's part of the problem. China pays samsung to keep the apps. There are other apps you can delete and a day later are back.
