Q70 Picture Issue - TV or Streaming Problem?

Just got a 65" Q70 and notice when we watch a streaming program, this happens several times during. It is so fast you hardly notice. Does not happen when watching cable and really don't know if it happens while streaming other programs! Any thoughts? Does this look like a streaming issue or a TV issue?

Is it doing this no matter which streaming app you're using or is it one app in particular giving you trouble?

It appears to only happen when I watch a certain series on Amazon Prime. I have yet to see it anywhere else. Kinda weird. Have also not yet checked to see if it happens on any other TV in the house.

Have you attempted to reset smarthub by any chance?  If the screen still gets weird after that,  I would suggest reaching out to Amazon.
