QLED and The Frame TVs
I have a Samsung 85" Class QN90 series NEO QLED Smart TV. For the last couple weeks, Peacock, Sling and Hulu do not work. The menus will load, but when I try to stream content I either get a 8-702 Loading error (Sling) or it just returns me to the menu. YouTube live events also do not work. Netflix and Prime work fine, and it works fine on my older Samsung TV.

I have tried everything! Uninstall/reinstall the apps, clear cache, factory reset, resetting my network within the TV menu and also my internet router itself. Nothing has worked! This is very frustrating, I have seen a few other mentions of this issue with no good resolution. Is anyone else having this problem? Any good solution out there? Not sure what else to do at this point...

I just tried that idea and no luck going that route either. I still get a black screen on Peacock and got the P-DEV320 error again on Hulu.

Try clearing the app cache and enable this permission to show ads in the app settings (notifications), it happens that apps don't work because of ad blocking.

Disney Plus, Hulu, Paramount+ and Peacock TV stopped playing video on my OLED TV. They work just fine on my bedroom TV. This has been going on for 6 months. Can someone please tell me what to do? Thank You!

Hey there @springmoorespring!  Thank you for reaching out!  Here's a link to assist with getting your television up and running.  Troubleshooting Link

Give these steps in the link a try.  If they don't work, service would be the next suggested step. Either way, let us know if this works out, but if it doesn't we are happy to help you begin setting up service.

Did you try service? Wondering if they were able to fix the problem

Yes I did. Even did the remote Management and the guy said well you're able to actually get into the app so that means it's not our fault.

He also said that Paramount plus, Peacock TV, Hulu and Disney Plus are all on the same streaming platform so I have to call Hulu. So once again no answers.

This TV is barely a year old. I can watch Netflix, Prime and YouTube but to watch the other apps I have to go into my bedroom just to watch.

I'm even more confused now.

Yep I've done all those about three times.

Just got off the phone with support.

There is another thread that is marked "solved" for the Q90C.  This TV will not stream some apps.  YoutubeTV, Disney Plus, Paramount Plus, Peacock...  I followed the "solved" instructions on the other thread to contact the moderator and never heard back.

First of all, if the problem is "solved" why can't they post the solution publicly?  Also, it would appear that people can no longer respond to the thread making it look like an isolated issue.  I would like to hear if people have found a solution.

Anyway, this will be the last Samsung TV I ever purchase.  I'm considering returning it to Costco since they have a good return policy.  I have to figure out how to get it there.  We have zero problems with our Sony TV.
