Samsung 75” Qled smart tv, experiencing issue where the tv looses its mind and dumps all the settings. I have to go into start setup and go through process for new tv out of box.
It doesn’t finish the actual start up procedure due to no Samsung account. Under system manager, you have info for Samsung account, this cannot be selected?
I replaced the main board no change. I’m starting to gather information about a possible smart hub issue. Wondering if someone can elaborate on this issue.
I highly recommend that you Sign into your Samsung account, open the settings for applications and on the top of the screen Sign in to your Samsung account this will allow you to save the TV Settings, also if possible try Installing Samsung SmartThings on your phone and make sure bluetooth is enabled then add your TV to SmartThings this will allow you to use your phone as a remote control or bluetooth keyboard
