QLED and The Frame TVsI’ve had this tv about a year and it’s worked just fine all that time,
But now every time I turn it on I have to set it up like a new tv being turned on for the first time?!
any ideas what’s wrong with it, or how to fix it?

QLED and The Frame TVsHello! That does sound strange how your TV is resetting. Some things that you can try is to make sure the software on your TV is up to date.
Make sure that when you set your TV that you sign into your Samsung account if possible.
And after those, something else that you can try is calling in directly at 1-800-(726-7864) and asking for our remote management team.
