Can you please fix the UX of the notification shade? My issue is then trying to scroll down, simply to access a drop down menu option. Such as when you take a screenshot, pull down the notification shade, tap on the down arrow for the screenshot notification card to tap Delete, but when you scroll down the list of notifications there is a snap effect happening. What would help, would be if there were no scrolling snap UX. Scrolling would happen the same exact way as it does when you're in any other menu or list: when you stop scrolling, the menu/list/screen stops moving. No more snapping to the top or bottom of a notification card/slide.
