Samsung Apps and ServicesI am allowed to request assistant from the community, the email now informs me I cant answer any assistance emails because I have not verified my email.
But Samsung contacted me using it. So if I am blanked out, how come I will never get ant assistance as I cant answer incoming calls after update by Vodaphone or Samsung. I gives you a green button to answer and red button to terminate, all works fine but not now and I can get any assistance whatsoever. Samsung has a good name for products but not for service.
This is a simple matter so my wife and I will have to buy two new phones. At 75 years of age, one would suspect Samsung would be able to assist us?

Samsung Apps and Services@Teddy2023 Sorry that you are having issues. I see that you reference Vodaphone. I'm guessing that you are in Europe somewhere. This is the discussion area for Samsung US products and services. Therefore the users here may not have specific suggestions to help you out. How sad is it that a company as big as Samsung cant answer a simple question from one of their customers. A simple question and they dont care less.
As a side issue, I bought a large Samsung TV with remote, but it also has buttons below the scree to use and alter the TV. I requested information on instructions for these and was referred to the manual that had nothing. I note that they make a good product, but customer service is null and void. Thanks for your assistance and will Google/Vodafone for assistance, which I will get. Again I thank you for your replies.
