I had built custom weather proof dome enclosures for a half dozen PZT cams. They all worked perfectly. It’s not right to trash hundreds of dollars worth of perfectly good hi def cameras. 
 Since this stab in the back I have deactivated all my samsung cameras including the fixed view that still worked, 12 cams all together and replaced them with REOLINK POE and WiFi 4k cameras. Their app is excellent and zero monthly fees!

I have about 9 Samsung Security Cameras that no longer work because Samsung did something with the APP. Now I have to buy all new Cameras but they will be from a different company for sure. No more Samsung!

My THREE cameras have not worked since the Wisenet Samsung SmartCam app shut down and no one can give me any answers.  I have been calling and text chatting with Samsung support for MONTHS with no results.

Couldn't be more angry.  Will NEVER BUY SAMSUNG ANYTHING AGAIN.

Thanks, but that’s only for Android.  I still have the older iOS version and it works only when I’m connected to a wifi network which isn’t very helpful when I’m on the road.

The solution to download older versions worked for a while, but today I got a notice that they will no longer work on mobile units. Why have the smartcam if you can't view them on a mobile? If I can't receive notices immediatly, I have no use for Samsung smartcam. I won't even buy a Samsung mobile phone after this.
