How else to take a screenshot?

How do I change the settings for taking screen shots. I use the screen shot feature in zoom meetings alot and I have trouble using the power button volume down buttons to take a screen shot. I would like to change it to volume up and down buttons or a way easier to take a screen shot. Thank you.

BTW, some apps will block the ability to take screenshots.
