When I screenshot theres this black menu that shows up, but whenever I take a screenshot as if now, the menu doesnt show up anymore and instead it gives me a notification that I took a screenshot.

Check in Settings -> Advanced features -> "Screenshots and screen recorder" that you have the "Screenshot toolbar" enabled or not. Sounds like you want it enabled.
