All of a sudden tonight I've noticed that certain random keys, all of them numbers, some on the 10 key and some on the keys above the letters are not working at all. They're still lit up but they don't work! There haven't been any recent drops or spills or anything. Tried updating the drivers to no avail. Any ideas?
Try checking for driver and Windows updates. Restart PC. If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. Send your full model code and serial number via private message to get started.
