Galaxy Buds

I am having an issue where one of my buds stays connected to my phone, even when in the case and the case is closed. It's causing the battery on that bud to drain at a very fast pace.

Thank you for reaching out and welcome to the community. I can certainly understand your concern with the battery draining rapidly due to remaining connect and I would be happy to look into this further for you. I would first recommend making sure the connector in your charging case are cleaned, and the buds are cleaned properly. Give this link a try for the steps to properly clean your buds: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00086123/

Next step if you are still experiencing these symptoms, would be to reset your buds. Give this link a try for steps to properly reset your buds back to factory default settings: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01218103/

If you have tried the troubleshooting steps provided and are still experiencing these symptoms, the next step would be a service repair.
