Any tips on how connect my Galaxy S21 Bluetooth to PC?

Any tips on how to fix S21 bluetooth that pairs to a windows 11 pc but then will not connect?

I have unpaired and re-paired, have rebooted both devices, have cleared bluetooth cache on the phone. Still doesn't work.

Phone connects fine to cars via bluetooth.

Anyone have a solution?
