Hello! Thank you so much for your participation in this thread. I would recommend the following:

- Unplug/reconnect the power cord

- Immdiatley after connecting the power cord, press and hold the "volume+" and "volume-" buttons on the device for approximately 6 seconds

- Run the setup process to connect to the internet

This should resolve symptoms, however, if you're still having trouble please reach back out to the community! We're happy to look into it further.

Hey there,

Im not sure if this is applicable to your Speakers, However, i have found a resolution for my Samsung M7 Shape Speakers.

---

Turns out it's boot looping because the iheart radio and deezer api is no longer working correctly with our speakers.

If you want to have your speakers connect to Spotify/Radio/Pandora ect.

You need to block these addresses:

  1. connect.deezer.com
  2. api.iheart.com
  3. api2.iheart.com

I blocked these from the router and now I'm able to use Spotify connect with my speakers.

Alternatively,  You can entirely block the speakers from connecting to the internet completely. However, You will not be able to connect to online apps like spotify.
