Why should we pay haven't we paid enough for this stereo that nvr should have been available we don't have money on top of 2k we spent for repairs for a month of music and 1 year broken that every one of these stereos has occurred this issue I have no stereo for my bday party next week or any solutions online reset info nothing shame on Samsung ! Nvr buying a Samsung ever!

I am having the same issue except my CD player will open up. If I unplug my device then plug it back in it will play for a few moments then music stops while all the lights stay on.

I am having this exact same issue. It is almost as if the software inside the machine got corrupted. The disc player will not open and the receiver will not play any music via bluetooth, radio, usb or any other form.

Yeah that could very well be, based on the issues you described...mine are identical. At first it was working...then it would work for a short time period (on and off) and then it got stuck in this phase where the disc tray is locked, waiting, no sound on any of the settings. Unplugging it, attempting to reset the system, nothing seemed to work.
Anyway, one of the moderators has already been in contact with me. Can't complain about the speed at which they are tackling this issue. Super impressed by that. Just hoping that they manage to get it fixed like yours. It is a sweet set, when it is working. Thanks Kokamo for helping.

It is a sweet system. I have DJ'd a few parties and they were super pleased! Samsung support will get you back to shaking the dust from your siding before you know it! LOL
