I am no longer able to adjust volume up, volume down, or mute a Bose Solo 2 Sound Bar through my Samsung Crystal UHD via fiber connection. It has been working for the year plus, but it stopped working recently. I've tried resetting the audio/sound settings, reseating the fiber connection on the TV and soundbar, unplugging both the TV and sound bar. I'm at a loss what to do next.

Hello @Rivercityguy and welcome to the community!  It sounds like you'll need to re-initialize the universal remote on your television.  The steps provided will be on the link below.

Once you do that, you'll be able to use your remote to control your BOSE sound bar again.  If it doesn't work, feel free to send us a private message so that we can look into additional support!
