How do I get my Model # NE63T8111 range out of demo mode

Here are the steps to get your range out of demo mode:

 

This option is for use by retail establishments for display purposes only.
(The heating element does not operate).
How to enable or disable the demo mode
1. Press Options for 3 seconds.
2. Press or to select 0, and then press START/SET.
3. Press or to select ON or OFF.
4. Press START/SET to save the changes.

My Samsung range model number nx58r5601ss/aa. There is a d in front of the time on the display and the oven does not light. I thought maybe demo mode? But the manual says nothing about that existing... I've done the unplugging, the circuit breaker shut off, tried the broiler which also didn't work, tried the cleaning mode, no dice.

I understand this error is frustrating for you. Please touch and holding the "Broil" and "7" buttons simultaneously for 3 - 5 seconds to toggle the Demo Mode feature. If this does not work, the range will require service.

NE63A6511SS keeps flashing test every few seconds on the clock. Doesn't seem to mention anything in manual about shutting off or how to fix this issue.

I believe that your Stove is Stuck in Demo mode . The instructions for turning Demo Mode on and off are on page 31 of the User Guide. Or Try the options in the Following picture, please let me know if it fixes the problem Screenshot_20220612-210755_Chrome_1792_1655082475.jpg
