QLED and The Frame TVsHello all,
Has any of you experienced the 75" set turning off on its own when watching TV? It has happened to me well over 8 times so I am curious if anyone else has seen this. I cannot find a thread on this topic.
I called customer support and they had me turn off Smart Things in the TV configuration. Not sure what it would have to do with this but I obliged. It has happened 3 times after that change.

QLED and The Frame TVsI can definitely understand your concern here. Let's try to alleviate some of the stress by trying this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01108742/
If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information and look at this from a case by case basis please provide the full model code and the serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
