Tablets
Hello, I recently purchased a Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra and as the title states I cannot register my face or fingerprints.
When I try to register my face it gets to 97% and errors out stating "face recognition is not working, if this keeps happening restart tablet". When trying to register my fingerprint it gets to 96% and states something similar.
I have done been in contact with Samsung and so far they have not been able to help. I have done multiple factory data resets. I have set it up without importing any data over from my phone and still no success. I have done a bunch of restarts and cold resets and nothing is working.
Does anyone have info that might help? Thanks in advance.
