I just update to Android 11 o my S10 Plus and it can reduce hot temperature on back of my phone significantly. I hope this can help fix your issue.

If your units are labeled as "demo only, non functioning - not for sale", the unit cannot not be made functional at a reasonable cost. These units have non functional motor casings and transmissions, and dummy control boards, like realistic movie props. They are built to look nice on display, nothing more.

Hello, Timothy! There could be a couple of reasons that the playlist is reappearing. One of them being it could be syncing from the cloud, so it's appearing that way. The second reason it could be stuck in the temporary files on the phone somehow. You can try after deleting it to wipe your cache partition and see if that will make any changes: Turn off the device. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby / Power key. When the Android logo displays, release both keys. An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition. Press Bixby / Power key to select. Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Bixby / Power key to select. When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted. Press the Bixby / Power key to restart the device.

To add a widget you would do the following: From a Home screen, touch and hold an empty space. Tap Widgets (at the bottom). Tap a widget. Some widgets offer different size options. If no additional options are available, skip to step 4. Touch and hold the desired widget. Drag the widget to the preferred Home screen then release. For the widget to be successfully added, there must be sufficient space on the desired screen. If applicable, tap additional options to activate widget. Options vary depending upon the type of widget. If you're not seeing the widget appear, it may no longer be available for replacement. I apologize for any inconvenience!

Yup, this worked, nice find. I contacted Samsung support through Chat and first got a "Community Expert" or something who as far as I could tell essentially never actually bothered to understand my issue and just kept searching for keywords to articles that may or may not have been related (none were). When I escalated to "real" Samsung support, agent insisted on an app to take control of my phone, and also didn't understand my issue. When I showed him the un-disable-able notification setting, he tried launching this spyware and I had to immediately press "NO" when it asked for permission. Then he said, you have to press "YES" when it prompts you, which is what everyone on this thread understands is precisely what we don't want to do. I use Samsung products all over the place, but this unacceptably poor bug (or deliberate design choice, which would be even worse) coupled with the disastrous customer support is making me rethink my loyalty.

My Galaxy Buds Live worked perfectly, until they didn't. My left bud works fine, but the right bud is barely audible. I used to wear them daily, until this problem started happening, they were put aside for my Bose.... until today, I tried again without success.

Hello, While we can't change the looks or designs that the update has made, I would recommend backing up your data, and doing a factory data reset after an update. I believe this may resolve the trouble that you both are experiencing. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

This just happened to me, too. I routinely check my data each and every morning. And low and behold, this morning, I became a victim of the "Samsung Free" unsolicited data download. Overnight, my data usage sky rocketed from 93% remaining to 34% remaining. This while my phone was under 100% WIFI coverage at home!!!! I guess I consider myself "lucky" in that it occurred at the beginning of my data cycle so my usager didn't go over. However, it is 2/2/2021 and now I'm forced to keep my SAMSUNG NOTE-20 mobile data switched off for the next 24 days. THIS IS REALLY BAD AND SAMSUNG SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE AND REACH OUR TO OUR PROVIDERS (mine is Verizon) AND PAY DOWN THIS UNAUTHORIZED AND UNCONTROLLED OVERNIGHT DATA BREACH.

With Calls being rejected could be various things, it could be a carrier feature or an application provided by the carrier that prevents certain calls from coming in. I know from personal experience, with AT&T they had an application that was on the phone that would prevent certain spam callers, and block callers that were not on your favorites list or what not. We also have Smart Call on Samsung phones, you may want to check out this particular setting on the phone to ensure this is not set up incorrectly or active - https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00088083/ The following may help as well: Remove Block From the Edge screen, tap Phone . If unavailable, navigate: Apps > Phone. These instructions apply to standard mode only. Tap the Menu icon (upper-right). Tap Settings. Tap Call. Tap Call rejection. Touch and hold the contact. Selected when a check mark is present. To select all contacts, tap the checkbox (upper left). Tap the Delete icon (upper-right). To disable a number on the list without deleting it, uncheck the box next to the desired entry. Also you can try this to make sure this is off: Tap Settings. Tap Call. Tap Call rejection. Tap Auto reject list.

Hello, I would recommend reaching out to the app developers regarding this situation. As you know with newer devices sometimes it may take some time for app developers to update their applications to work with the newest software. We unfortunately don't have control over the third party applications. You should be able to find the developers contact information by visiting the application information within Google Play.

My samsung bd-jm57c when I plug in the power, keeps clicking and buzzing as if it's trying to load a disc. Nothing is displayed on the TV. The buttons on thé DVD player is not affecting this and I have to use the remote to try to eject the tray. When I put a dvd in, it closes and goes into a continuous loop trying to load and goes on and off. I unplugged it and left it alone for months. Now I see that others have had this problem. Can you please help?

I've tried contacting your team to resolve my issue and everything I was told was contradictory to what I've seen here. I have no confidence in this team as I am unable to get a firm answer. The rep did not know and I had to push to say I was told call here for an answer. Twice on hold and was given a wishy washy answer. Definitely NOT impressed.

Hello! Samsung Music app does not delete the music file within the phone. I would recommend logging this within our Samsung Members App. If you don't have it already, please download the Samsung Members App, go to get Help, Send Feedback, Error reports, Send system log data.

I'm so sorry to hear this! Can you advise when you started experiencing this? I would recommend making sure you have the latest update applied to your device. Also, Please try to put your phone in safe mode to see if it persists: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/#:~:text=Turning%20on%20Safe%20Mode%20is,left%20corner%20of%20the%20screen. If the phone is working properly within Safe mode, this tells us that there's an application that's installed that could be causing the issue. Only way to know which one would be to remove them one at a time, until the symptom disappear. Let me know if this helps!

Couldn't get any of the above to be a permanent fix, but I did find my own fix. I stopped using the Samsung keyboard, now I can type with no issue
