I've had my Galaxy Buds+ since April 3rd, and I noticed that the battery on my right earbud tends to drain faster than my left earbud by about 5%, even after letting them charge in the case until they reach 100%.

Thanks for reaching out! I understand how frustrating it is for one earbud to drain the battery faster than the other earbud. You can try resetting the Buds.  https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01218103/ If the right earbud battery continues to drain faster than the left side, then it would be recommended to have the Buds evaluated by a certified technician. You can use the following link below to request service in the U.S. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/  or by contacting service directly at 1-800-726-7864.
For international devices, please reach out to a support team in your area for further assistance: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html I apologize for any inconvenience.

Hello,

I am sorry you have tried all the troubleshooting steps to get this issue solved with your buds and the problem is still re-occurring.

My suggestion is to call 1800-SAMSUNG (1800-726-7864). Once you call them, try to reach a representative and have the valid proof of purchase handy and the serial number of the device. Let them know you want to mail in the buds for service and they will email you a UPS shipping label and give you the proper instructions on how to do this process. It typically takes 7-14 business days for you to receive them back. The serial number and the proof of purchase is typically what is needed as long as the device was purchased less than a year ago. They should be able to give you replacement buds once this process is fulfilled.

If you have any questions, please let us know.

I've had my earbuds for 18 months and the left earbud will no longer work. At first the charge was draining faster than in the right bud but now the left won't connect at all, and because of that the app won't update either.  I've tried everything possible to correct this but nothing has worked.  This is very frustrating because if my earbuds are shot after only 18 months of intermittent use then I'm not willing to buy them again.  Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

I've had my Samsung Galaxy Buds+ ever since the 6th of April in 2020. Recently, with the new update, I've noticed that the right Bud seems to drain battery faster than the left. Is there any sort of fix for this?

I'm not sure about it, but I've noticed that my right ear bud dies faster than my left ear bud on the Buds Plus. You should probably make an error report on this app about and see if Samsung makes an answer
