I have galaxy buds 33AA and they were working fine till yesterday. I tried unpairing and pairing them again. Tried increasing the bud volume and it's to the max level. Increased the media volume and nothing ..found one solution online in developers option and diasbled absolute volume sync and still nothing. I don't have audio media sync in the blutooth advance setting so that's not an option. My phone is Galaxy S10+
Solved! Go to Solution.

Galaxy BudsI have the black samsung galaxy buds for about 5 months now.
in the first month I already went back to the store because the buds didn't charge and got a replacement.
Now I am very happy with the buds and love the comfort and quality, however since this morning my left earbud all of a suden lost its bass and that might have affected the overall volume.
Is er something I can do to fix it or..?

Galaxy BudsDid all the steps, but had no result.
I checked and I actually got then almost 2 months instead of 5.
Is there anything else I can do?
Does insurance cover this?

Galaxy BudsI've read several other reports of problems with losing volume in the left earbud including myself.

Galaxy BudsIf the troubleshooting provided doesn't resolve the symptoms you are experiencing, I would recommend an accessory exchange. Can I please have your full model number and serial number in a private message: http://bit.ly/2JH2rq2

Galaxy BudsIs it possible that I go back to the store as well?
That would get me replacements faster and I think the insurance should cover it right?

Galaxy BudsThere is a slight but very noticeable volume difference between the two buds. The right earbud is about 10% lower in volume than the left. I have reset the buds 2 twice already and have been unable to fix this issue. Any help would be appreciated.
