Home TheaterHi. I have the same model, and although mine is doing loops and doesn't respond to any other command, it actually responded to the eject button of the remote control and I was able to recover my disc. I hope it helps.

Home TheaterAfter leaving the unit unplugged for a few minutes, plug it in and use the eject on the remote to try to retrieve your disc. Be quick! The drawer only stays open for a second. S ubsequent attempt may fail. Keep hitting the eject on the remote.
The drive can be removed and a gear manually spun to eject the disc, but this is not for the faint of heart.

Home TheaterI'm having the same issue with mine. Did Samsung just kill everyone's system all at once? Unreal

Home TheaterShe will never resolve this matter. It created an unsolvable problem. The device cannot load the system and therefore will not be able to load anything update. As far as it looks like a USB stick, the devices will not be able to load the update. In my view, only changing the devices would solve the problem. We need to disclose this to the press, to the media ... We will use #SamsungBDCyclingError

Home TheaterMost flashable devices have a way to force a reflash even if the system can't boot. That is our only hope.

Home TheaterI've already sent e-mails to several topo Tech websites, but none, to my knowledge, have picked this up yet.
