Home TheaterHi, my bluray BD-J5900 started cicling on/off as well just after plug it in; I've tried many times the hard reset (push eject buttom for 5sec), but it not worked. HELP SAMSUNG.

Home TheaterI think this is the same issue I've been following in this thread:
Last we heard Samsung is looking into it. No idea when they will have a solution.

Home Theaterit is but there is NO SOLUTION for it It just say "We are aware of customers who have reported an issue with boot loops on some Blu-Ray players and we are looking into this further. We will post an update here on this thread when we have more information"

Wait until Samsung provides a fix, or go buy a new BD from non-Samsung.
Someone once said that "Patience is a virtue," but they didn't want to watch a movie at the time.

Home TheaterMy HT-J5000W BluRay/3D stopped working on the 20th, as is the story with MANY of your customers.
...... I am a loyal Samsung customer who has purchased and owns several Samsung products.....ie.,kitchen appliances, phones, tablet, televisions, soundbar. I made my purchases because of the Samsung name. If this repair isn't corrected immediately, I will never NEVER purchase another Samsung Product. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
At least let us know what the issue is!
