Home TheaterTo say this is solved is like saying covid-19 has been cured.

Home TheaterThis notice is not a solution. I have been ignored through the chat twice. How soon will this be rectified

Home TheaterSorry but it's taking too long to hear from you!
Not even a progress update. We're all at home, isolated and our systems suddenly stop working.
What is you progress to find a solution? What should we do meanwhile? How are you going to repair our impact?

Call 1-800-samsung. Get past the automatic attendent. Wait on hold for a while. When you get a real person simply explain the problem. I assure you, they know what the bug is. I spent maybe 5 minutes on the phone yesterday. Got a return label for UPS. Boxed it up and it's on it's way to New Jersey. No charge for shipping, no charge for repair.

Home TheaterThis week I had 2 BD-J5700 players that worked.
1 started the continuous power up on Wednesday, and the other started it last night, Friday Jun 27th 2020.
They turn on and 3 seconds later turn off as long as they are plugged in.
Now I have 2 bricks.
Just letting you know why Samsung is off my future product list, as I see your response has been unspectacular.

Home TheaterI have two Samsung Blu Ray players. The newer one is recycling on and off as described here. The older one I can't get the tray to open.
