Samsung 75'' Crosshair Lines on Screen

Good afternoon,

I purchased this television back in October and I decided to watch a movie last night with my family. As I turned the TV on, I see that it now has a random crosshair whenever I turn the screen on similar to this one below. I seen that some other people had similar issues due to faulty devices connected to the ports but the TV has never had anything connected to its ports since its already a Smart TV.  I've tried leaving it unplugged overnight but still get the same crosshair mark on the TV. I am not sure how to go about this.

On my Google account I can't regain login for a particular account. My phone number was changed and I can't recover alternate email to get verification code. So please help me advise

@Tiger_Lily For Google account issues, you should reach out to Google. Samsung won't be able to help you with access to a Google account.

If you bought it in October it's still under warranty. Contact Samsung.
