4k tv model QN55Q7FNA. software is up to date and when i go to network settings it says i am connected. Any ideas on how i can fix this???

A soft reset works also for many 2017 TVs and forward.

Press and hold the remote power button until the TV turns back on. 

That's it!  It should correct the error.

This just worked for me!  My connection is always hit-or-miss.  It works sometimes, then other times "can't connect to server", then other times it just works again.  It wasn't working this morning, but after the "soft reset", I initially got the same screen (can't connect), but after a brief moment it started loading and it's back on!  We'll see if it works again next time, THANKS!
