Pre-order, Trade-in, promotions, discounts - Need help!

Hi. I ordered through Samsung shop app - Samsung s24 ultra 1TB, payment got deducted and order went through,

After an hour, got an email that order got cancelled for some reason and now I cant use my vouchers. 

No specific reasons mentioned. 

Did anyone find a fix?

Yeah honestly at some point they need to work on just the launch part every year and I kid you not I could have checked out earlier in a day but I was at work so I said let me take my time let me look at everything and make sure everything goes right I already had a problem with $150 credit that it was overcharging me so I ended up losing out I think on 20 something dollars I do the payment through a firm I get that part settled I put all my information and I get approved and then when it goes back to the Samsung screen to put my debit in for the Samsung cares Plus The screen won't pop up so I can't even hit next
